what we never loved was the idea that feeling terrible tomorrow had to be part of the deal, or that a good night required a whole recovery routine after.
So we started with the drink itself.

Principal data engineer and enthusiastic builder. Jackson keeps salsi working beyond the moodboard and good vibes, leading the numbers, ops, forecasting, and systems behind the business. He helps turn a very Miami idea into something scalable. He’s also really good at chess.
